SHIPPING POLICY

Now ships worldwide! Free Shipping in NA and EU. currently a select few countries are excluded from worldwide shipping due to geopolitical policies.

Due to the process of custom tailoring plaques to your channel name & full name, please be patient with shipping, and allow for around 2-4 weeks or longer for delivery. Countries outside of Canada, United States, and United Kingdom may take longer than normal. Multiple configurations and quantities may be shipped in separate packages when readily available.

List of countries excluded from shipping: Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Panama, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, and more.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for being a customer. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have any questions, please contact customerservice@wallenthrall.com with your order number and concern. If you would like to return a product, please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

We accept returns due to customer dissatisfaction, with proof of purchase. Please contact us by email at customerservice@wallenthrall.com within 14 days of the delivered date to qualify for a return, and include your order number (eg. Order #6371). We also accept returns on defective or damaged products with photo proof and proof of purchase.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen(14) days of the delivery date.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@wallenthrall.com with a receipt and proof of purchase, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. After receiving a RMA number from us by email, place the item and everything initially included, securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided in the email.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the retrieval of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Please note there is no reimbursement for return shipping, you must ship at your own expense.
